Where is the event?
Portland Lights Music Festival will be held at the Maine State Pier. This is an outdoor facility.
How much are tickets?
General Admission Tickets start at only $34 while supplies last. VIP Tickets are $60 and include a reserved section near the stage – standing room only.
What time do gates open?
The festival will open at 1:00PM.
What can/can’t I bring to the event?
No outside food or beverage. No coolers or large containers. All bags and purses will be searched upon entry. No chairs or tents are allowed.
I’m not sure if my ticket purchase went through. Who can I call?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes! All tickets will be scanned.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds or exchanges. This event is Rain or Shine.
Is Re-Entry Allowed?
Yes but only until 6:00pm.
Can I take pictures?
Pictures are allowed, but professional cameras are prohibited.
Will artist merchandise be for sale?
There will be merchandise available from the artists…as well as some PORTLAND LIGHTS MUSIC FESTIVAL merchandise!
